SRI LANKA
By local bus

A backpack, public transport and a lot of local food. That was my Sri Lanka trip. I wanted to travel on the buses, eat where local people ate, and see what happened along the way.
Then someone invited me for a meal. It was so spicy. I didn’t want to seem rude by leaving it, so I made a decision: I chose to sweat 😂
Turns out that was good practice. By the time I got to Thailand, I was eating seriously spicy food.
This trip was part of figuring out how to make travel and work fit into the same life. After the hard landing back in Israel, I wanted to keep going.
